A Few Good Questions
Will either of us be charged again?
No. A gift is a one-time payment for one year of premium access. It does not renew automatically. Your recipient can choose to purchase their own subscription if they would like to continue afterward.
Can I give this to someone who already subscribes?
Existing free subscribers can redeem a gift. Someone with an active paid subscription cannot redeem it, and a member cannot have more than one active gift subscription. Please check before buying for someone who already has premium access.
Can I schedule it for a birthday or holiday?
Yes. Choose email delivery, enter their name and email address, add an optional message, and choose a delivery date. Or select “I'll share it myself” to give them the redemption link personally.
When does the year of access begin?
The year begins when your recipient redeems the gift, so they receive a full year of premium access from activation.
How long do they have to redeem it?
For an emailed gift, the redemption link expires 365 days after the scheduled delivery date. If you choose to share the link yourself, it expires 365 days after purchase. Encourage your recipient to open the link and activate their membership.
What if I need help with a gift purchase?
For a delivery problem, an incorrect email address, or a refund request, contact admin@savvysilvertech.com with your purchase email and receipt. Refund requests are reviewed individually; an unused or expired gift is not refunded automatically.
Does the membership include personal tech support?
SST provides articles, guides, and emailed alerts. Membership does not include individual troubleshooting, device repairs, or one-to-one technical support.
Can I buy a year for myself instead?
Absolutely. An annual membership is $19.95 per year and renews automatically until canceled. Join for $19.95/year, or compare membership options.
